1. Do It Yourself Service Option: Receive all the detailed step by step information required to legally register your online business yourself.

2. Do It For Me Service Option: Relax & request for us to legally register your business in your state on your behalf.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Select the business registration option you prefer. (Options: The Do it yourself option or the Do it for me option.)

2. Fill out the attached form to get approved. (We only accept select businesses so not all requests are approved for assistance.)

3. Once approved, schedule your zoom call to discuss your business & specific online registration needs. Several time slots will be sent to you via email.

A- DO IT YOURSELF OPTION:

If you select the Do it yourself option and are accepted, you will be contacted and scheduled for two one hour zoom meetings. During the first zoom meeting, your exact business needs will be discussed. Afterwards, detailed research will be conducted so you can receive all the step by step instructions you need to legally register your business the right way in your state. We will also call specific people in your state to verify all the information gathered for your business registration. When the research is completed, your last one hour zoom call will be scheduled. During this call, you will receive the exact step by step breakdown on how to register your online business in your state.

B- DO IT FOR ME OPTION:

If you select the Do it for me option and are accepted, you will be contacted to schedule two one hour zoom calls and several check-in messages as your business is being registered. During the first zoom call, your specific business and registration needs will be discussed. Afterwards, you will receive check-in messages through your registration process. Some states have different registration requirements than others so as your business is being registered, you will be contacted for your registration details as we fill all the necessary state forms & applications. During your last one hour zoom call, a breakdown of everything done will be discussed your business will be legally registered in your state.

4. Afterwards, your service is completed and you’re ready to legally start your online business.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• With the Do It Yourself option you will be provided with step by step, detailed and accurate information to legally register your business in your state. We don’t do anything on your behalf with this option.

• With the Do It For Me option, all the business registration required to legally register your business online will be completed on your behalf.

• The Do It Yourself registration option is completed in two weeks. This involves all online research and calls made for your specific business state registration requirements.

• The Do It For Me registration option is completed in one month. This involves all online research done, calls made for your specific business state registration requirements & the time it takes to physically register your business online on your behalf.

Please note that the time it takes to complete your service may differ based on your type of online business and its requirements. This service is only available to online businesses that want to register as a Sole proprietorship or an LLC.
