- A.D.D.O. is only available in the United States & we currently do not service or ship to international customers. As a result, we are unable to accept any international orders for A.D.D.O. at this time. Any international orders successfully placed on A.D.D.O. will be canceled.

- All designer bags on A.D.D.O. are in gently used condition. Inventory is inspected and approved before posting.

- As items are sold, they are replaced with new arrivals. As a result of this, the designer handbags featured on our A.D.D.O. information page may no longer be available on A.D.D.O.

- By signing up for A.D.D.O., you confirm that you have watched all of the A.D.D.O. videos available on YouTube and you have read all of the A.D.D.O. information available on our site.

- All sales are final and no refunds are issued under any circumstance.

- All orders are final including customer orders placed on A.D.D.O. If a customer reaches out to your business requesting a refund, we will not be able to assist them with a refund. Please communicate to your customers that all designer bag sales are final on your website before accepting their order(s).

- If you would like to protect your business from harmful customers, we recommend getting the customers designer bag on A.D.D.O. shipped directly to your business so you can record the bags condition before shipping it to your customer. This will protect you with any customer condition issues that may come up.

- There is no commitment with A.D.D.O. so you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime in your account settings. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will be automatically removed from accessing A.D.D.O. If you decide to cancel, we recommend that you do so towards the end of your subscription so you can have access to it during the duration you already paid for. Please note that if you cancel before your subscription is over, there is nothing we will be able to do to assist you. It is your responsibility to read all of the information provided and cancel it towards the end of your subscription to avoid issues with your subscription.

- A.D.D.O. is an automated process so once you cancel your membership it cannot be reactivated without signing up again. If you need any assistance, please contact us for help before making any changes.

- If you subscribe to the monthly A.D.D.O. subscription and decide to change it to the yearly subscription, you will need to cancel your monthly subscription and resubscribe to the yearly option. There is no way to change your subscription without canceling so it’s recommended to make sure of the subscription option you want before subscribing.

- These are subscription services so payment will be automatically deducted every month or every year based on the plan you select. There are no obligations so you’re free to cancel your subscription at any time.

- Only one membership subscription is available per person. All membership subscriptions with unauthorized use by multiple people will be automatically canceled with no refund will be issued.

- We are unable to change the email & password you use for your A.D.D.O. account. Please make sure to use an email & a password you can easily remember & will not need to change.

- We plan to keep A.D.D.O. active through IamAdakuConsulting as long as possible but if A.D.D.O. or IamAdakuConsulting is closed for reasons out of our control at anytime, we are unable to issue refunds.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaks our Terms of Service or abuses our services in anyway. If your membership is canceled, you will be notified via email. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Please be sure to follow our Terms of Services at all times.
